Jennifer is a dedicated therapist who feels deeply privileged to support adults (18+) through some of life's most challenging experiences. She holds a Master of Science in Counseling from Southern Methodist University (SMU) and brings 13 years of clinical experience to her practice. Jennifer works with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, trauma, trauma and PTSD, ADHD, grief, bipolar disorder, OCD, burnout, and the lasting effects of narcissistic abuse, childhood abuse, and religious trauma. Jennifer also supports clients navigating parenting challenges, relationship concerns, and sexuality—because she believes every aspect of who you are deserves thoughtful care and attention.
Jennifer's approach is grounded in evidence-based therapies, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness practices. She thoughtfully tailors each treatment plan to meet clients where they are, helping them move toward the life they want at their own pace.
At the heart of Jennifer's work is a commitment to walking alongside her clients - offering compassion through the difficult moments and celebrating the victories along the way. She would love the opportunity to hear your story and support you on your journey toward healing.
